Honestly Ms. Rathbone seems to have the right of it here all around. This kind of outburst seems uncharacteristic from Nora, and Frei has shown herself perhaps harsh, but meticulously fair. Notice how, in the matter of the medallion, she neither threatened Nora, nor lied to her, nor tried to bribe her. Not a sure sign she can be trusted, obviously, but certainly enough to merit giving her a chance.
